Privacy Policy

My privacy policy is extremely simple --- the K*I*S*S* philosophy in action again!  The only information that I will collect from you is your name and email address.  This will be shared with no one.  I will primarily use this information to send you electronic copies of books and reports that you order from me.  I will also use it to inform you when I make a post in the website blog or when I have some worthwhile fitness news to pass along to you.  If you do not wish to receive any more emails from me, simply reply with the word "unsubscribe" in the subject line.
