Simple Fitness Programs are The Way to Go...
Isn't it time you did something about your physical condition? It doesn't matter if you’re young and are a newcomer to fitness; it doesn't matter if you’re middle-aged and are beginning to lose some of the strength and vitality of youth; it doesn't matter if you’re a senior citizen like me and are beginning to feel that you will never be able to get in shape again. You can transform your body by means of very simple fitness programs! They work for me and they will work for you!
But, what do I mean by "simple fitness programs?" By “simple” I mean uncomplicated. I don’t mean that the programs you find here will necessarily be easy to do. A good fitness program should be capable of being as easy or as hard as you like. The degree of difficulty should be up to you! And, that’s what you’ll find here --- simple, practical programs that will enable you to achieve your fitness goals.
I refer to these as the K*I*S*S* series of fitness and exercise programs. As you may already know, K*I*S*S* stands for “Keep it Simple, Stupid!” I hope these words aren't too strong for you. But, this title, K*I*S*S*, emphasizes the simple fitness programs that I’m aiming for.
These fitness programs are the result of over 60 years of experience and research with different diets and exercise programs. And, I’m still doing this; I’ll never stop! So, as the saying goes, I've “been there, done that.” The programs in this website are an effort to distill what I know into a form that will be helpful to you in your quest for long-lasting health and fitness.
