Exercise Programs

I've prepared a report entitled the K*I*S*S* Blueprint for Fitness that outlines the concepts on which the entire K*I*S*S* series of fitness and exercise programs is based.  This report is free and everyone should get a copy!  It not only provides a good introduction to the K*I*S*S* programs, it's also is an excellent overview of what makes up a well-balanced fitness or exercise program.

The K*I*S*S* series of fitness and exercise programs has something for everyone.  The original K*I*S*S* Fitness Program is a general fitness program that is suitable for just about anyone, at any age, and in any condition.  The K*I*S*S* Fitness Program for Kids is a shorter version of the Program that puts it into a form more suitable for youth.  The K*I*S*S* Fitness Program for Seniors is a modified version of the K*I*S*S* Fitness Program that takes into consideration the needs and desires of the older adult.  The K*I*S*S* Weight Training Program is a guide for the person who wants to add significant strength to his body.  For all these programs it is possible to download the table of contents and preface for free so that you can get a feel for the contents of the book before ordering.  Each of these programs is described in greater detail on a page of the website dedicated to it. 

In addition to these fitness and exercise programs, I have prepared a number of very useful reports that you may download for free.  These reports deal with modifications of the K*I*S*S* fitness and exercise programs that I feel are especially useful and that I have experimented with myself.  Please see the page of the website entitled Free Fitness and Exercise Reports for more information.       

Finally, in addition to the K*I*S*S* series of fitness and exercise programs, I have added two additional programs to the website that I feel are more advanced than my own.  One, called Bodyweight Exercise Revolution, is similar to the K*I*S*S* Fitness Program in that it only uses bodyweight exercises.  The program progresses from fairly standard versions of a muscular movement (for example, a squat) to extremely challenging ones.  If you want to develop maximum strength by means of bodyweight exercises, this program is for you.  The second, called Stronglifts 5x5, is a very serious strength building program.  It utilizes what may be the most important basic weight training exercises.  And, it recommends doing them heavy; all exercises are done in a power rack!   I feel that these programs are excellent follow-ups to what is found in the K*I*S*S* programs.  Please go to the page of the website entitled Other Exercise Programs for more information.
